Free Remote Installation Support
With this being a plug and play system, installation can be completed by any reasonably tech savvy person with minimal direction within a single day. This can be supported remotely by video call at no extra cost, along with staff inductions to using the APPs.
Onsite Installation Support
If onsite installation support is desired, this can be provided by a technician. The technician will support your staff in fitting the equipment and provide training on use of the App. Travel, Accommodation, and Catering expenses are to be covered by the Cable Wake Park, with a single day technician installation labour included.
Installation Requirements
The Full Cable Wake Park will need to provide an onsite maintenance person with appropriate tools. Tools required include a drill and bits suitable for any holes that may be required, a hammer for securing cable clips, and cable ties if appropriate.
